The following events are offered in Open and Women's categories:
Veteran Races may be handicapped
Please include senior statuses for Junior crews and advise alternative events to ensure suitable competition
Entries close at 12:00 noon on Sunday 20th April 2008 when the draw will be made at Auriol Kensington RC,14 Lower Mall, Hammersmith,London W6 9DJ

OARA: Entries will be accepted via the ARA's online system. Payments to be made via post to the address above.OARA entries will close at 8.00am Sunday 20th April 2008.

By hand: From 9.00am to 12.00 noon to Auriol Kensington RC ONLY.Do not post or hand deliver to AK at any other time.

There will be a surcharge of £5 if payment is not received by Friday 25 th April 2008.
Very important:
Doubling up of crews, coxes and equipment MUST be clearly identified and will be accommodated where possible.
The timetable will not allow sufficient time for crews to return to Putney or Chiswick between races.
Crews entering an undersubscribed event will be moved into a higher status event unless they request otherwise.
All boats to display six digit ARA identification codes.
The regatta is held on a tidal river under normal Tideway navigation rules.The river WILL NOT be closed to other users.
The draw will be available on www.hammersmithregatta.org by the end of Monday 23 rd April 2008, along with all Competitor's Instructions.Please state if you require this information to be sent to you by post.
